1. Why should I order from you?
Our goal is to provide outstanding customer service to the trials community. Because we've been there ourselves, we know that waiting for a long time for parts to fix your bike is frustrating, so we try to get your parts to you as quickly and efficiently as we can. We also try to bring you some parts and accessories you won't find anywhere else, like 2M Carbon Parts and Clice clothing. You can contact us by phone, by email or text, over Facebook or in person at FTA, STRA or Nationals Trials Events, especially if you'd like to troubleshoot what might be not working well with your bike or would like some tips. We never get tired of talking trials :).
2. What's the quality of aftermarket replacement parts like, compared to OEM parts?
Aftermarket parts are produced to replace OEM parts and are often more cost effective. They are either performance enhancing, eg. titanium exhaust pipes, or cheaper and therefore better value for money.
3. Can I order original manufacturer parts from you?
Yes, we are a dealer for Beta. We have some original parts in stock and can order others for you. Delivery time depends on availability.
4. What's the best bike?

6. Do you ship internationally?
We ship to mainland USA and Canada, some restrictions apply. Basically, we have a flat rate shipping fee of $12.50, except if you order a bike. At present we also have free shipping for all orders over $150, again except for bike orders. Please see our shipping policy for more information. Please note, that our free shipping rate may change at times eg. if we are running a special promotion. Trial Store USA is not liable to pay any tax or duty due on your purchases.
7. What do you do with my information when I sign up for an account?
We know that online security is an issue. Please be assured that we do not give or sell your personal or credit card information to anyone else. We keep your information for our records so that we can serve you better with timely and efficient deliveries and emails that keep you informed about discounts, special offers and new products on the market. As you will see when you get to the check-out, our site is secure with our own SSL. SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer. It provides a secure connection between internet browsers and websites, allowing you to transmit private data online.
8. How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards via Stripe or PayPal, whichever you prefer. If you come to our shop or meet us at an event, then you can also pay using cash or a personal check.
